With over 27 years of clinical experience, An specialises in Neuro Structural Restoration, helping patients achieve optimal alignment and function. Her expertise extends to the prevention and management of degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis and chronic inflammatory injuries, particularly in the shoulders, hips, and knees.

 

She has invested hundreds of post-graduate hours studying techniques to combat aging-related mobility challenges, ensuring her patients lead pain-free, active lives.

 

An integrates advanced therapies and innovative techniques into her practice, including Cold Laser Therapy, non-surgical Spinal Decompression, and dry needling.

 

She is highly skilled in Upper Cervical Techniques and certified as a yoga teacher, blending structural care with holistic movement practices to support her patients' overall well-being.

Beyond the clinic, An is a passionate educator, training other practitioners in the effective application of Cold Laser Therapy. She is also deeply involved in Australia's freediving community, working with elite competitive freedivers to optimize their physiology for peak performance.

Karen - Chiropractic Assistant

Karen has been working at the front desk of Spinal Solution for over 30 years.

Karen originally came to see Craig Moore as a patient and over the years has brought in her 3 children for help with problems related to their spine and sports injuries.

While her children have now grown up Karen is still very much involved in family life and loves spending time with her two beautiful teenage granddaughters. Karen is great animal lover, especially Boxer Dogs!

Tony

Tony Fox - Chiropractor

Tony's clinical focus is on musculoskeletal injuries of the neck, back, and extremities, as well as biomechanical overload injuries caused by our modern screen-centric lifestyles. In addition, he supports people living with chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, which he has personal experience with after watching his mother suffer from arthritis for years.

 

Tony understands the importance of an accurate diagnosis for successful treatment outcomes, which is why he adopts an evidence-based, multimodal approach to care. With over 20 years of experience and an intimate understanding of human movement biomechanics gained from his professional dance training, Tony offers a holistic approach that goes beyond standard chiropractic care. His treatment plan may include manual adjusting, exercise therapy, stretches, and nutrition advice tailored to your specific needs, all with the goal of providing you with the best possible treatment.

 

What sets Tony apart is his unique background. He trained as a professional dancer in Ballet & Contemporary Techniques and performed throughout the UK and Canada before pursuing a Master's Degree in Dance Science at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London. His education gives him an intimate knowledge of human movement biomechanics, which he draws on to ensure his patients live their best lives.

 

Tony has received many awards for his academic achievements, including an Academic Excellence Award for his undergraduate degree in Chiropractic. He graduated in the top 1% of his Masters' cohort and is a tutor at Macquarie University, where he teaches anatomy units to aspiring healthcare professionals. Since joining the clinic, Tony has found a passion and expertise for treating chronic and acute disc problems with Spinal Decompression Therapy. Tony also extensively utilises dry needling.

Lesley

Lesley - Chiropractic Assistant

 

Lesley has been working as a part-time Chiropractic Assistant for over 14 years as well as being a patient.

Lesley enjoys walking and she keeps fit by running around taking care of her grandchildren.

Luke

Luke Fayman - Remedial Massage Therapist

Luke has been a practicing massage therapist for over 10 years, specialising in treating people who have muscular pain from general lifestyle issues such as posture and challenging idiopathic syndromes.

He see athletes regularly who have acute/chronic injuries and need to improve recovery times to facilitate them moving pain free and maximise their performance.

His treatments combines remedial, sports massage and the latest manual therapy techniques: Dry needling, Electro Dry Needling, Active Release Techniques – ART, to help increase flexibility, and alleviate tension and pain. Luke also is trained in Cupping Therapy.

Luke has been practising in Crows Nest, for the past few years, and he also is a qualified Personal Trainer.
