Craig Moore - Chiropractor

Craig is one of the longest standing Chiropractors in Crows Nest having been with the practice for 32 years. He has dedicated many years to advancing the health of his patients by aiming to provide the highest quality evidence-based patient care available. 

His passion for high quality healthcare has included completing his PhD examining the role of chiropractors in headache management.

 

Craig enjoys taking an evidence-based approach to the diagnosis and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints including headache, neck and back conditions.

Craig enjoys working closely with other health care providers, including GPs, specialists and other therapists to bring you the most optimal care needed to manage your complaint. 

 

 

 

An Dau - Chiropractor

An has returned to Sydney after living 15 years in Scotland and running her own family practice.

An's main focus in practice is Neuro Structural Correction. She also has a  keen interest in the prevention of degenerative conditions related to the aging process, which she has spent many post- graduate hours studying. Some of these include osteoarthritis of the shoulders, knees and hips, including chronic overuse and inflammatory injuries. 

With over 20 years of clinical experience, An brings the latest in technology and techniques to Crows Nest: in addition to Chiropractic adjustments, such as cold laser therapy, and dry needling.

Kübra Erdinç - Exercise Physiologist

Kübra is an accredited exercise physiologist who graduated from her Bachelors of Exercise physiology from the University of New South Wales in 2018. 

 

Kübra has experience working in both clinical and non-clinical settings. Her special interest and expertise is chronic disease management where Kübra offers group exercise classes as well as one-to-one individual sessions at Spinal Solution in Crows Nest to those who have a range of musculoskeletal and health conditions such as low back pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, cardiac rehabilitation and more. 

 

In a typical group class Kübra utilises strength training principles such as lifting weights as well as matwork pilates and mobility exercises to increase strength, flexibility and general wellbeing.

 

With a keen interest in musculoskeletal health Kübra is also currently studying a Master of Chiropractic Science degree from Macquarie University.

Lesley - Chiropractic Assistant

 

Lesley has been working as a part-time Chiropractic Assistant for over 14 years as well as being a patient.

Lesley enjoys walking and she keeps fit by running around taking care of her grandchildren. 

Karen - Chiropractic Assistant

Karen has been working at the front desk of Spinal Solution for over 25 years.

Karen originally came to see Craig Moore as a patient and over the years has brought in her 3 children for help with problems related to their spine and sports injuries.

While her children have now grown up Karen is still very much involved in family life and loves spending time with her two beautiful teenage granddaughters. Karen is great animal lover who loves to go walking with her boxer named Chloe. 

Hunor Kicsi - Remedial Massage Therapist

Hunor comes to Crows Nest with a university degree and 3 years work experience in Exercise science along with over 2 years of therapeutic massage experience.

He specialises in pain management, injury prevention, and functional muscle mobility massage tailored to the clients needs.

Treatments offered include condition specific techniques such as:

  • Deep Tissue Massage 

  • Myofascial Release techniques

  • Soft Tissue Release techniques 

  • Joint Mobilisation  

  • Trigger point release 

  • Passive and resistant muscle stretching

With accreditations from Massage and Myotherapy Australia association and Sydney Functional Massage Therapy he is HICAPS covered for all massage therapies/techniques.

When not working, Hunor likes to keep active, having a history of  competing in water polo at national and international levels. He is also currently studying a Master of Counselling Degree.

Luke Fayman - Remedial Massage Therapist

Luke has been a practicing massage therapist for over 10 years, specialising in treating people who have muscular pain from general lifestyle issues such as posture and challenging idiopathic syndromes.

He see athletes regularly who have acute/chronic injuries and need to improve recovery times to facilitate them moving pain free and maximise their performance.

His treatments combines remedial, sports massage and the latest manual therapy techniques (Dry needling, Active Release Techniques – ART) to help increase flexibility, and alleviate tension and pain.

Luke has been practising in Crows Nest, for the past few years, and he also is a qualified Personal Trainer.

Joe Ierano - Chiropractor

 

Dr Joseph Ierano returned from the United States in March, 1997, after completing his chiropractic studies, and began setting up his office. He is the longest practicing Atlas Orthogonist in Australia.

Joe's speciality is focusing on the first (known as the Atlas) and second vertebra of the spine. When a structural shift occurs, it can cause obstruction and result in less than optimum function of the Nervous System, which can lead to symptoms and pain.
