2. Take time to recognise and assess your emotional health. Get help if needed- sometimes finding someone to just sit and listen is all you need. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.

3. Get plenty of good restful sleep to help restore your body to take on challenges.

We've introduced a new laser into the clinic @spinal_solution_cn this week and this 70 year old gentleman was one of the first to try it for an aggravated old shoulder problem.

The GVL is the first and only green and violet laser that was FDA and TGA cleared in September 2022 for chronic neck and shoulder pain.
